dignitas round out PGL quals.

dignitas are the second team through to PGL Season 1 after defeating Dobry Gaming 3-2 (16-10 on de_dust2, 10-16 on de_cache, 5-16 on de_mirage, 16-10 on de_overpass, and 16-6 on de_cbble).

Following the conclusion of the first European Qualifier as well as the North American Qualifier, a secondary European qualifier kicked off with four teams in contention for the final slot to PGL's $110,000 first season.

dignitas advanced to the grand final after a convincing 2-0 sweep of the Swedish Aftermatch team whereas Dobry Gaming, a team basically comprising the ex-Gamers2 lineup but with Golden Five legend Mariusz "Loord" Cybulski in lieu of Mikołaj "mouz" Karolewski, were put to the test against PiTER and eventually won 2-1.

The best-of-five grand final kicked off with dignitas snatching up de_dust2 in their favour, winning the map 16-10. Dobry Gaming pulled ahead in the series by picking up two maps in a row, going 16-10 on de_cache and 16-5 on de_mirage, with Grzegorz "SZPERO" Dziamałek being the standout player of the third map.

dignitas hitched up its play and equalised the series by winning overpass 16-10, which forced the fifth and final map of de_cbble. However, the Danes seemed to have found their stride and took the map from their Polish opponents 16-6 to win the qualifier.

Matches for the first season are projected to start on August 26th, whereas the offline, four-team finals in Bucharest will run on October 2-4.
