The Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) has announced that its next CS:GO world championship will take place in Canada.
After hosting three CS:GO events in France in the Fall, ESWC has decided to take the game across the Atlantic for a Summer championship that will take place in Montreal, Canada, from July 9-12.
ESWC 2015 will feature two international tournaments, one for the world's best teams, who will be determined through qualifiers and applications, and a second one for female players.

Both tournaments will be organized as opening events of the Mondial des Jeux Loto Québec and Just for Laughs Festival, which attract approximately 1,6 million visitors every year.
This is the second Counter-Strike championship that ESWC will host in North America, where it organised an event in 2008, in San Jose, where PGS.MYM, featuring Virtus.pro duo Filip "NEO" Kubskiand Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas, were crowned champions.
More information about these tournaments, including prize fund, application process and qualifiers, will be announced by ESWC in the coming weeks.
Besides this CS:GO championship, ESWC will host two other events in 2015, a Call of Duty tournament in Paris, from May 2-3, and a multi-games festival during Paris Games Week, from October 28 to November 1.
