Exile5 have announced that they have ventured into CS:GO by signing a new team with well-known figures from the Australian scene.
After a long time away from the Counter-Strike scene, Exile5 has signed a newly-created team led by veterans Fergus "ferg" Stephenson and Mark "deStiny" Kagan, who recently won the CyberGamer Premier League 3 with Streamline.
That team ended up being a victim of their own success as star player Karlo "USTILO" Pivac joined Immunity only a few weeks later as a replacement for Yaman "Yam" Ergenekon, who decided to further his career in Vox Eminor.

Pivac's defection resulted in Streamline's players going their separate ways, with Stephenson and Kagan linking up with Kyran "dizzy" Crombie, who had joined Vox Eminor as backup last month after playing for the team as a substitute.
Rounding out the line-up are Chris "ofnu" Hanley and Ryan "zewsy" Palmer, two players from The Chiefs, who came second in FACEIT League's Oceanic division.
"It is with great pleasure that we announce we are joining Team Exile5, one of Australia's oldest esports organisations and being given the opportunity to represent them at the highest levels of CS:GO," Stephenson said in a statement.
"We are all very excited about the upcoming journey together and look forward to building Exile5 into a powerhouse and respected team for CS:GO, both locally and internationally."
Exile5 have the following lineup:
Fergus "ferg" Stephenson
Mark "deStiny" Kagan
Kyran "dizzy" Crombie
Chris "ofnu" Hanley
Ryan "zewsy" Palmer
