The second day of the of CCS Kick-off Season finals, live from DreamHack Bucharest, kicked off with a mouth-watering contest between fnatic and EnVyUs, two giants who have been going through a bit of a slump in form lately.
fnatic, who had been defeated by Team SoloMid 0-2 the day before, got off to a good start in the match by picking up a 10-5 lead after playing on the highly-favoured CT side of de_mirage.
EnVyUs responded in convincing fashion by taking the opening rounds of the second half, but fnatic showed their attacking prowess in eco rounds as they planted the bomb to boost their economy. The two teams then exchanged gun rounds as EnVyUs struggled to protect the bombsites, with fnatic eventually running out 16-9 winners.

Map two, de_inferno, saw a very long technical break taking place four rounds into the game, when EnVyUs were enjoying a commanding lead as CT. The break pep talk paved the way for fnatic to equalise the game, but then NV regained control of the proceedings and took an 8-4 lead before fnatic cup the gap to one round.
The former LDLC side came out strongly from the break and the won the pistol round as Terrorist, but the Frenchmen struggled in gun play once again, which allowed fnatic to win the match in the very last round, despite some good ecos from Vincent "Happy" Cervoni's men throughout the half.
