American youngster Skyler "Relyks" Weaver has left the Invite-level team SKDC following disappointing performances by the team in recent appearances.
In a turbulent period for North America that fans have termed the "NA Shuffle," another player has taken part in a roster change. This time it is Skyler "Relyks" Weaver, a former Denial player who was a core of the SKDC line-up in the recent ESEA Invite, CEVO-P and FACEIT League seasons.
SKDC went through a rough and shaky season however with one of their star players Josh "jdm64" Marzano retiring from competitive play in March.
SKDC ended up finishing ESEA-Invite Season 18 near the bottom of the league table and despite more success in CEVO-P Season 6, they could not make the top four by season's end. The team additionally finished with a 3-7 record in the North American FACEIT League.
The 20-year-old Weaver has now taken to Twitter to announce his departure from the SKDC roster. The fairly buoyant tone of his Tweet makes grounds for inference that he may soon move to a new organisation, although that is pure speculation on this author's part.
SKDC's last-seen roster was:
Kyle "ocean" O'Brien
Ellis "els" Clay
Mitch "DUM0RE" Green
Daniel "virtus" Carrillo
*However, several of the above-mentioned players have indicated that the roster is currently defunct, meaning that more players have entered the North American pond as free agents.
