Troubley: "We couldn't work together"

Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert has shed some light into his departure from PENTA Sports after ESL One Katowice.

Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert joined PENTA Sports from mousesports in the run-up to ESL One Katowice following the departure of Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff and helped the team to secure a top-eight finish at the major with victories over Titan and LGB eSports.

Still, the German veteran has been shown the exit door by PENTA, with Timo "Spiidi" Richter seemingly stating that the team did not gel well with the new player on board.

Tabbert has now confirmed that not all was well within the team in Katowice, even though he stressed there is no bad blood between him and the other players.

"We had a lot of success in the few time we spent together," he wrote on Facebook. "I look backwards seeing us top eight in the world, but in the long run we couldn't work together.

"We had different opinions about the game, their aggressive playstyle didn't suit too well in the long run.

"On a short term, playing Katowice with only two weeks of preparation, worked out pretty well and I was really fascinated by this playstyle.

"The players are all cool guys and I really wish them the best in future. We had some arguments but in the end we just came to the conclusion going separate ways, but still are friends and I also wish them the best possible luck."

Concerning his future, the former mousesports member admitted to not knowing what next move will be, but revealed he has already been approach by a number of teams.

"I am looking forward to new commitments in future," he stated. "I don't know what to do right now, but since I have already been contacted by a few teams, I will most likely decide very soon."
